Pros

Very stable setup with legacy banking capabilities. Good infrastructure and financial strength

Cons

Leadership is uninspiring and lacks in motivation. Wrong place to work for a digital career , as still figuring out how to do basic things like updating websites. archaic processes and dull thinking leads to slow changes. There setup in Airoli, mumbai is a Digital factory and all they want is people to manage tickets.

Pros

- Sometimes the people you work around are nice -Sometimes the client you work for are nice

Cons

-Bad management all across the board -My team was brutal. Clients specifically hated one of my advisors. The team I worked on was rude to employees, even ones not under them. Also rude to management. - Very low pay - Barely took time off because it was never approved - Often times long hours

Pros

good computer equipment. office is just OK. open space, no worse or better than in other companies in the area

Cons

-ridiculous corporate bureaucracy -constant non-paid overtimes (you can choose extra vacation time to compensate, but not extra money) -no freedom in choosing PTO time due to tight release cycle -boring work, very old or outdated technologies used in projects, and this will not change in the nearest future due to conservationism of the whole investment banking business -very restricting corporate policies prevent quality of technical support. for example, to release a critical fix in the software, you need to get approval of 10 managers and people you barely know at all, and explain each of them why this is needed. this is very time-consuming, and customers (end-users) are very unhappy and blame to software engineers
