Impressive company internationally. Some great resources for research.

Not enough support and training for new financial advisors. This will vary from office to office. UBS wasn't well known locally.

Depending on where you work, things are different role to role. Overall, good pay and bonus. Colleagues are great and firm is experiencing some changes

Cons

The firm's brand has been hit recently and employee moral is low. The current culture is shifting since new management have come in.
