      Pros

      Great benifits, possible competitive salaries ( provided you know your worth - otherwise you can be taken for a ride) . This year HR stepped in to adjust salary, promotion decisions - for a change.

      Cons

      Unless you are driven, and understand the political environment, you can stay where you are forever. Politics is rampant - who you know matters.

      Pros

      Family friendly culture exists in the company. Senior management trying to communicate much better recently. Promotes internal mobility much more nowadays.

      Cons

      Could be more of a meritocracy. Ever changing structure but I guess that this is the same as most banks in the current environment.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to interact with important clients and get insights into the private wealth management industry. The entire staff was very welcoming and eager to help.

      Cons

      The internship program gives quite a lot of busy work and did not seem to respect my knowledge of the industry or my education in finance.
