      Pros

      Used to have a good name now the same as everyone else. The best reason to work there is a large check to move your business or if you need a job.

      Cons

      Typical wirehouse. They dont care about anything but the bottom line. Workers are expendable except for large producers. They will change payout at a whim and tell you why its beneficial to you (it never is). No different than any other Wire. Get all promises IN WRITING. The work environment is as good as your direct report. Tech is built on legacy systems.

      Pros

      Coworkers are generally friendly. Also, has a laid back work environment. Very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Work environment was pretty good until a few years ago. There has been a lot of low morale. Company needs to improve compensation. Bonuses have been dismal to say the least. Computer/IT is a bit archaic, please upgrade.
