Not the best, not the worst place to work. Extremely cheap, you will need to use your own phone and minutes for work and use your own laptop, in our department they didn’t give admin laptops to work on. Buy your own supplies but the people are very nice

Cons

Admin are treated as bottom feeders and not valued. The benefit is they are flexible with in office/ work from home. They contribute to 401 k even with exceptional reviews, no cost of living raise. First one after 5 years which was nominal

The aim of integrating CS has led to massive layoffs across London and Zurich, almost butchering teams. The morale for those left behind is not that great either.
