Can be a great place to start a career if you're working with the right team of people. Whether that be a literal team or the managers that supervise them.

Cons

Raises are nonexistent from the firm, a COLA is about all you should expect on a yearly basis.

Pros

Friendly coworkers with a good work-life balance. Worked at their new office in Nashville so nicer amenities than most other offices.

Cons

Promises made during interviews were not met (training, work product expectations). Off-site parking making for another 10-20 minutes on my commute that was already an hour. Lack of upward mobility.

Good company to work with decent salary and bonus, while it lasted, however job was outsourced to India and had to look for another job

Cons

Job was outsourced to India and it was tough looking for another operations job at that time when the market was starting to slide
