Pros

A great place to travel (alot). Drink and meet lots of folks from around the world. Attempt to agile inside of giant corporations which is like trying to box a glacier.

Cons

The talent is all gone. If you're looking to be mentored and grow an existing skillset, you might find yourself doing the teaching.

Pros

Smart fun colleagues. The opportunity to collaborate with others and pioneer new technology. The opportunity to work for both startups and fortune 500 clients all over the world. The best off-shoring model.

Cons

No work-life-balance and total lack of downtime. Changes at the leadership level happen with the speed of light, lack of strategic planning.
