Pros

Global company with opportunity to grow for low to mid level people

Cons

Small cult of people at the top who have been there way to long and milked the company for years. It has become and Indian outsourcing company now with most employees offshore and cheap labor

Pros

All of the thought workers I met were always very kind and eager to help. Each team I was on worked well to communicate.

Cons

I struggled with certain aspects of my work, and while I was learning that there were physiological reasons I was underperforming, they fired me. They made the decision without me, didn't let me give an exit spam email to my colleagues, and gave me a very small severance package.
