Pros

Interesting projects. Great people to work with. Some of the best minds in the technology field. Not very structured so anyone is able to talk to senior management.

Cons

A lot of travel. Pay raises are not that great. Knowing the right people tend to help you in your career here.

Pros

A great place to travel (alot). Drink and meet lots of folks from around the world. Attempt to agile inside of giant corporations which is like trying to box a glacier.

Cons

The talent is all gone. If you're looking to be mentored and grow an existing skillset, you might find yourself doing the teaching.

Pros

Good people. People are generally very competent and nice as well. Opportunity to travel. Reasonable salary. Opportunities that might not come up elsewhere. You get to see a lot of different projects.

Cons

Travel when you don't want to. Staffing on projects can seem quite arbitrary at times. A certain lack of organisation seems to be at work at times.
