Flat, no hierarchy, small company feel, servant leadership, outstanding people, technology visionaries, operates to board level.

Cons

Travel (although same challenge as any consulting company).

Pros

1) Great culture. Great people to work with. 2) Great projects. Worked on some really great projects in my tenure of 3 years. 3) Programming language agnostic: You are expected to learn languages as you change projects. 4) Flat Hierarchy. Everybody has a say. 5) Great opportunities. In my tenure of 3 years, worked in 3 different countries, 5 different offices. Got the opportunity to do some knowledge transfer, train people, start a project, be the lead, recruit new thoughtworkers apart from normal day-to-day coding.

Cons

I can't think of any cons. Its just an awesome place to work at.

It is a bottom up organization. People are passionate about technology. Very good work ethics within the company as well as towards the society. Lot of opportunity for working in new emerging technologies.

Cons

May little too democratic and too flat the organization structure.
