Pros
A private company, Tetra Pak offers employees excellent benefits, learning opportunities and growth. The people of Tetra Pak are probably what make the organisation really fun. The culture is family-oriented and though it's a global company and a market leader, people are on the whole quite down to earth...
Cons
...however, it's a highly politicised company and unfortunately has a deeply entrenched kiss ass culture (for lack of a better word) at the top management level. This is especially true in the GME Cluster. Most of the management is made up of Swedes and locals are hardly ever given a chance to rise in the organisation. At market company level as well, politics rules, especially with the HR department.
