endless beverages to taste :) SAP system is awesome very open-mind leadership great program for tutoring and training every year various non-for-profit volunteer events for employee to choose to attend (you don't have to attend any but it feels good to be in the event!) Very good cash flow leads to great bonus

Tetra Pak provides a dynamic work environment. Everyday brings its own challenges. Several opportunities to learn and reflect. The people are cooperative and understanding. Tetra Pak have a great work environment.

Cons

Flat hierarchy. Slow and/or No promotions in some departments. No clear grading of jobs. sometimes it gets very frustrating to deal with undue pressure from the management for tasks
