Tetra Pak provides a dynamic work environment. Everyday brings its own challenges. Several opportunities to learn and reflect. The people are cooperative and understanding. Tetra Pak have a great work environment.

Cons

Flat hierarchy. Slow and/or No promotions in some departments. No clear grading of jobs. sometimes it gets very frustrating to deal with undue pressure from the management for tasks

Cons

in terms of career advancement, the organization is too stable with insufficient movement, career advancement is not very clear. HR needs to be improved.
