      Benefits are slightly better than country average. Friendship used to be better.

      Cons

      Local management is awful. MD is unbelievably incompetent and low profile. It felt like the TV Series 'The Office' in the real life.

      Good benefits, wish I could say more.

      Cons

      People are very negative towards the company and each other, hyper aggressive back stabbing culture. Always being interviewed for your job and having to always interview for your job, annually. Shabby office furniture, it's kinda like working in your make shift garage. Limited work from home policy.
