Pros

you will get a lot of trainings, flexible working hours the overtime system and travelling is considered another salary it self.

Cons

No appreciation from management, they will suck the health out of you and nothing seems to please them even if you give them results. They call it field engineers not a technician.

It's a big and Family owned company .

Cons

No work life balance , extreme working pressure , a flat organization with no promising future career development or personal growth , recent drastic cuts and HR policy means no negotiation possible and lately experience doesn't count.

Cons

Promotion not existant & not based on results/merit but political alliances. Not business/customer oreinted. Annual bonus is limited and mainly not based on your own result but results of the group. Recent drastic cuts and HR policy means no negotiation possible, poor international packages. Cluster/Market company have the upper hand on Product companies which impact quality and efficiency.
