Pros

Tetra Pak Vietnam is still in a growth phase. Great office location in the center of town, and the office environment is world class. Good brand name. Great company values.

Cons

New local Vietnamese management team lack leadership skills and do not understand international standards. Previous expat management team were much more stronger in both hard and soft skills. It's no longer the same hard working yet fun company to work for because local management is not inspirational.

company overview changed after facing hard competition losing some of core values not focusing on people any more as before ,start focusing in cost cut, wrong way of applying fit to grow by losing the most experienced Peale ....
