compensation and benefits need to be revised , relationships has big effect on company decisions , flat structure , need to be more people oriented

Good payoff, basic perks are good.

Cons

Organization structure is very flat. No matter what you do, the growth is only unidirectional and that is also not performance based. As a FSE, work life balance is the last thing you can think of.
