Pros

Tetra Pak Vietnam is still in a growth phase. Great office location in the center of town, and the office environment is world class. Good brand name. Great company values.

Cons

New local Vietnamese management team lack leadership skills and do not understand international standards. Previous expat management team were much more stronger in both hard and soft skills. It's no longer the same hard working yet fun company to work for because local management is not inspirational.

Pros

you will get a lot of trainings, flexible working hours the overtime system and travelling is considered another salary it self.

Cons

No appreciation from management, they will suck the health out of you and nothing seems to please them even if you give them results. They call it field engineers not a technician.
