Pros

pay and some of the coworkers

Cons

Management is a joke, they don't care about the people. Personally see Management in maintenance poping prescription pills not prescribed to him but thats ok they don't care. Watched good people get fired for nothing simply because Management didn't like them , they employ child molesters its a joke!

Pros

Great office environment and managers that treat their employees very well. Good benefits and flexible work hours. Very project/result based in a structured environment. Provides you with all of the tools and training opportunities to be successful.

Cons

Low base salary which is supplemented by large bonus potential. Travel can be quite draining with the expectation we will spend at least 2 to 3 months a year at customer sites. These trips include 12 plus hour days with every other weekend off. While the overtime compensation is very nice it does not make up for the complete sacrifice of your work life balance.

Pros

None. Initially I thought there are pros but now after I left with health issues from this organization, I think none!! It's a badly managed IT cell of a packaging company.

Cons

I joined the company thinking about a long term commitment and also work life balance. In turn this has been the worst of my experience and expectation. First of all they have a bad working model.. The so called incompetent SME sit in Singapore and they are highly insecure unprofessional unhelpful. None of them or your team members will help.you here... There is no lead or manager to help you in chakan or to.speak.on your behalf. Work life balance is a lie in GIM. You leave office only to work again after reaching home which includes calls to Europe USA or other SME's. The SME in Singapore will give you N number of reasons how busy and occupied they are and will not join any calls . Now let's come to the technical learning curve... Well there is no learning here so clearly no growth. At least in any IT organization you will have an option for changing your account.. here that is also not there. Now if compensation part is lucrative to you, whatever you earn by working 14+ hours daily here will add up to your medical issues that will definitely occur due to.stressful environment bad team members and a bad working culture. It's up to you how you want to live.. fit or unfit.. only join if you can get up at 5am in morning and work like horse until late nights. Moreover they do torture leaving employees a lot! Unprofessional attitude only because you are leaving the organization. If you have any other IT company offer in your hand please do not join this place.
