Great company. Good work life balance. Plus flexi benefits. Encourages continues learning. You will get get chance to work with many nationalities.

Cons

Career growth really sucks. Lot of politics. Middle managers can screw your life if you mess wit them. No meritocracy is followed in pay and promotion. Pay may based on passport and how much got when you started

Outsourcing jobs in INDIA is killing the workers, fear of loosing jobs as tetrapak opens new branch in india. Flexible work only for higher management. No promotions. No recognitions.
