      Good experience and training sometimes. Depends on manager. Lots of changes and almost all of the company in US is turning to Central America or workers from Mexico. Including middle management in charge of field service and team leading.

      Cons

      The company does not care about people. They will call you a resource and understand that is what you are. You will constantly be fighting with upper management to try and have a home life. The company is these high inflation times are actually lower starting rates instead of raising them due to our sourced work.
