      Pros

      Innovating production processes by utilizing WCM concepts (TPM), interesting work places and challenging tasks. Great colleagues. At our factory low turnover rate (many workers with more than 20+ at the company)

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes a long time from a decision is made until effects are seen, there seems to be a lot of personal growth barriers when comparing white collar workers and blue collar workers. Working requires a lot of digital tools, but rarely comes with sufficient training of these or if tool is not used regularly, access to it is revoked without notice.

      Innovative leader in liquid food packaging, many locations all over the world both for production and sales. Very professional approach of any business issues. Resources are available where it suits to business strategy and has a good pay back. Good budget process, and high level of control on all aspect of business. High level of cooperation among colleagues, nice and functioning office environment. Home office is growing.

      Cons

      Can be high pressure work-life balance. Complex matrix organisation makes it sometimes difficult to navigate and conclude.
