Great job and environment. Rewarding work and great hands on experience. Accommodating work schedule and work from home options. Great benefits and travel pay.

Cons

Very large and continuous periods of travel that can change or be extended on a whim. Instead of being empowered as a Engineer you mostly end up as a tool for project managers who don't really respect your workload or work life balance.
