Everything local is great, great team, great people to work with. Proactive, and lots of room for advancement available with initiative.

Cons

Global control trying to make all units the same when they all make different products and work differently to do so.

Pros

Depending on the team and leaders, this can be a great place to work.

Cons

However, not all employees are equals and some of us in our department did not feel like we were being treated as fairly as others. There are no transparancy around salaries and proper job descriptions. No negociations possible either when it comes to salary increases and personal growth
