Flexible Timing. Nice to work if got into DOTCOM. Buisness going good with DOTCOM. More onsite opportunities.

Cons

More Politics from the Lead level. Outdated technologies in most of the team at HSC. Hike low in most of the teams. Not much technologies in Mainframes teams.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to gain experience in different business functions across food, clothing, home, stores and dotcom. The company really do put the customer at the heart of everything they do & i have never worked for any other company that have done this.

Cons

The size of the company sometimes means there is a lot of red tape in getting things done. Ways of working are also not standardised across the departments.
