      Pros

      The company has the infrastructure and the tools to become a giant in the European satellite market.

      Cons

      The company itself it is reluctant to change, they are a company with the philosophy to keep working as they always did and nobody on the mid management has a real will to change things. The hierarchy is so important and this makes the process so slow as you need a lot of approvals.
