Very poor management, poor support to sales activity, the company is controlled by finance who does not support the sales activity at all. Inexistant marketing department. You need to do everything by yourself and take your own responsability as managers avoid all the time to take decisions or responsibilities. The HR department activity is awful, only talking to people when they want to fire them. Very backward mentality, asking you to be in the office many hours without any flexibility. On the HQ in Italy everything is about bureaucracy and people spend their hours on the office doing nothing.
