      Good relaxed environment provided you are good and efficient. Follows very good process Finally a lot of things depend on your account

      Cons

      Very bad management asking to take up multiple responsibilities until you are sitting in office for 12 hours. You can very well refuse to do this but the relative rating system will always put pressure on you

      Very good work culture First Hike during confirmation is very good. Brand value

      Cons

      Even though gross package is good, net pay i.e, take home salary ll be less. Proving urself is like finding a drop in a ocean. Promotions and appraisals are less. Allocation to projects is not trasparent
