      Great Reputation, Friendly Atmosphere, very less amount of work, very high interactions and communications among peers and seniors which helps

      Cons

      No career growth, herd mentality,it's very difficult to get by only by performance in the company. Also you need to have good relations with your seniors

      Pros

      Good organisation to start the career. Good diversity. Provides managerial roles early in career. Onsite exposure in 3-4 years time.

      Cons

      Not good for someone wishing to grow technically. New management does not care about employee. This is visible from all types of cuts in pays (Holding back of variables / Promotions / Increments) and increase in costs (Food in canteen / Travel Cost/ Insurance Cost) Worst treatment for Employees with 4-7 yrs experience.

      No proper transport facilities available Recently they have stopped bus facilities to some officies Now, onsite opportunities have also reduced. Almost 75% of the work is maintenance and production support leaving little scope for learning Ineffective top management Resource Management is one of the worst i have ever seen
