Pros

Usually you never have the same day twice. The environment will keep you on your toes- depending on your stores volume. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Freight troubles and low payroll WILL pull you from your workload and keep you in a never ending cycle of catchup. Unless you receive assistance you will not finish sets on time by yourself- you have to be able to collaborate and communicate effectively. Champion for yourself. Moving from stores to corporate seems nigh impossible unless you are a store director.

Pros

10% discount If you work as a merchandiser, you’re off early and are able to enjoy the rest of your day

Cons

Not enough hours They overwork you and expect more than you can accomplish in a small amount of hours. ETL’s are very demanding and constantly harassing employees over the radio
