Pros

Depending on the store you work, it can be an amazing experience. You have the freedom to be creative.

Cons

Due to corporate changes, the environment changed suddenly and drastically. But again, depending on the store's management you can thrive or fail.

Pros

Paid Well. Prior experience gets you “education pay” which is $2 more than the base offer.

Cons

Rules. Rules for every little thing. Micromanagement. Just a plain uncomfortable environment.
