NONE - You get to go out and pay and buy your own uniform for the cheap company.

Cons

They ask you to pay and buy for your own uniform to wear on the floor - company does not provide uniform for it's own employees?? How cheap can you be? Rude HR and Managers that talk to employees like children with little respect, they must be so over people quitting constantly that they take it out on new hires. Not flexible about asking for days off to be blocked? Expecting you to be avail 7 days a week for $15 hr?? I don't think so lol. Then giving me serious attitude about asking for this. The first day I show up for interview with the floor manager - I waited arounf for 20 mins, the floor manager didn't even know she was going to be interviewing someone that day??? Good communication HR? So no clear communication between HR and mangers. 1st day of Orientation they make us wait around for 15 mins? Useless management and HR, Don't waste your time with this Cary / Raleigh ghetto location, they clearly are used to people leaving and quitting so they give very little respect to new hires. Not worth the effort or commute for very little back.
