If you end up on a bad team no one will help you out. Seniors would ignore suggestions for improvements that the teams could use.

The HQ office is nice and has nice view.

Cons

If you don't work for Target for a year, they will make sure you pay every penny for relocation/, even though they paid you less than what the package was. I signed the contract, they gave me $7,500 for relocation expenses. I quit in less than a year due to being abused, and they send me a bill for $18,000. I don't understand where the money comes from.
