Pros

Working at Target is fast paced, always evolving, and continually striving to be the best. Target invests a lot into its employees to make them feel wanted and appreciated. Communication is very open and appreciated there.

Cons

Target is retail so the hours can be long and the workload heavy. However you always leave feeling like you accomplished something and made a difference.

Pros

Target pays ETL's well. They develop leadership and always push you to do better. Target will stretch you as a leader and extend your boundaries.

Cons

Continuously changing. Once you're "green" time for a process change. Upper Management does not seem in touch with store management morale. Lots of hours. Small amount of work life balance.
