Pros

Number one, you will never be bored; there is always something to do. You'll stay in shape by the fast and furious pace. Systems and support are top notch

Cons

You will work yourself to death, there is never a point where you can relax and say ok things are running well. Seems like there's always a shifting priority that never lets you get settled in and comfortable by design. You never feel as if you can be an expert in your role from Exec level and up as you're being pushed in the "UP OR OUT" path from my experience
