Pros

You got to wear any red clothing of your choice

Cons

(This is in GA) They limit the hours you work per shift and slap a 15/hour on it to make it look like you'll be paid a lot, when in reality it will take up your entire afternoon and night but you'll only be paid for 5.5 hours worth of time. Working any coffee shop or even food service where you get tipped you can make more for fewer days working. Add on top of that my store had terrible management who did sloppy opening, then blamed the closing shift for not being able to clean up the store properly.
