Pros

The pay and benefits are excellent for the area, the company encourages a work life balance, if you're identified early there are great promotion opportunities.

Cons

The same cons with any large retailer. The pay for exempt individuals makes it more difficult to leave the longer you stay. Business models regarding LP management make it possible to be too good at your job and your position may not be available next fiscal year and then it is move or leave. Decisions regarding your position are often made by those with little to no experience.
