I stayed there for 3 months only as a floor manager but learned to handle the stress at work from this very place

Pros

The company invests alot in development and equipment for future leaders, Its a company where you learn all sorts of things you didn't even know you could do. Gets you out of your comfort zone and pushes your limits.

Cons

The paid salary wages per role are not as competitive as other companies in the industry. The benefits that the company has to offer are not so attractive,
