There are no Pros to be honest.

Cons

Supervisiors and Managers, also HR is a joke. Training is like the credits at the end of a movie. You get bombarded with information in a short time and that's it. Don't ask any questions during the training otherwise you get grumpy answers from an annoyed trainer. Also the projects you will working for is absolute a nightmare! They are providing you wrong informations and at the end you are dealing with aggressive shouting customers! As a newbie they are pushing you into the cold water and if you have questions and need help they are ignoring you! Supervisors have less knowledge than the agents, the ACM (project manager) is talking to you like one of these brainwashed Gurus! Call volume is every day so high you don't have time to breathe between the calls.

I had a great trainer and she taught me how to do my job very effectively and efficiently

Calls are always back to back, The computer is almost never let you login if you’re late or if you can’t get to the same one that you were on the day before.
