      The range of experience if you are on the right program is excellent.

      Cons

      The best managers in the company would be at best mediocre in a typical orginization. If you have any talent you leave, don't tell your friends where you work because they'll just feel bad for you

      Pros

      The best reason to work for TAG is a paycheck. It is a place of last resort. If you need a job you can go there and get hired the same day. They have a exceptionally high turn over rate.

      Cons

      The bathrooms are NEVER clean, the call floors are filthy as are the chairs. There are roaches and other four legged friends. Managers do not care about employees as people, only their numbers and call volume.

      Pros

      The set schedules are nice. I had friday, saturday and sunday off and that is hard to find at any job.

      Cons

      Getting screamed at on the phone. Faulty equipment. Lack of hours and pay. Crap insurance.
