Pros

Supervisor's are generally pretty great and willing to work for you. Environment can be relaxed depending on the project you're on. Overtime semi-frequently available but not compulsory. Projects are fairly stable, company assists with placement/retention if a project closes. No Customer Service/Sales bait and switch, they're honest about what jobs entail.

Cons

Agents are clearly just cogs in a machine, a fact of which they continually remind you via policy enactments. Limited advancement, especially from a higher paying line of business. Most internal "promotions" pay the same or less as an agent with slower raises/less earning potential. Promotion track from Agent -> Supervisor -> Assistant Center Manager involves rapidly mounting work for limited pay increase; Sup/ACCM are salaried but make around minimum wage based on hours required.

Pros

Nice co-workers (the CS agents) from all around the world. Awesome looking buildings, awesome setting (Lisbon). Cheap meals. Some company apartments are nice. When the day is over, you can really leave work behind

Cons

They have never arranged any sports or language courses they promise for all applicants, and they never will. They just say that the courses are full, but that is just a lie. They tell you that a few hundred euros is enough to live till first payday. Do not believe that. Reserve at least 800€ worth of cash with you, just in case.. When signing contracts, you do not get a translated contract but one in Portuguese. The salary offered in the initial discussions and the salary in contract do not match either. The English transcript they offer is lacking and clearly on purpose. You have to work even if the AC fails and all the water machines are out of water. Can be potentially dangerous for people with heart defects. Bring your own water each day, just in case. And some noseplugs in case the AC fails. The company toilets are filthy and the cleaners could care less. You do not get decent instructions or decent training. The training materials are mostly outdated and full of crap. Be prepared that nothing happens in a timely fashion on the company side. You, however, are expected to always be on time. The company automated working hours report is a fabrication to avoid paying presence bonuses. You get false absences and the company does not have to pay, it is word against word. Some company apartments are really horrid.

Pros

Friends are really the only pros

Cons

I was a supervisor for the fios project. I was impressed with the advancement and assistance from other supervisors and then woke up a couple months later. I learned my job and tried my best to assist ahents. I found out quickly other supervisors did not care about helping agents and just told them to chat someone rather than taking time. We were give an impossible amount of paperwork to do every day and tons of meetings and we're told to spend our tine with agents, yeah that's a joke. I could not get support from my assistant call center managers either. There was bickering amongst the supervisors and agents. I saw on multiple occasions where one person got fired for a cell phone but someone who was a friend with a manager would never get in trouble. This same situation applied with attendance, dress code and pretty much any policy you could think of. If there were pay discrepancies or bereavement issues our hr person was to dumb to even wipe and couldn't get anything done. This whole place is a joke and is not related to fios i know this also happened on other projects as I knew some of the supervisors on them. Teleperformance is more telepathetic and recommend never working there. We all gave so much time to this place and when the time came for any of upper management caring there was not any caring to be found. Our call center manager was an idiot and didn't know how to handle anything and preached policy while giving breaks to people they liked. Again even if just wanting an intro job or need a job go somewhere else unless you like getting screwed over and over. Also scheduling even for school is a fight there and rediculous to get approved or entered in right by the corporate scheduling retards, even if you still have the email proving what it's supposed to be good luck getting it right.
