      Some but little flexibility to be strategic, established training for all employees, working with site leadership, flexibility to change culture in a way that better suits your site

      Cons

      Very process oriented, rigid in some of the policies and procedures, limited opportunity for growth. Being at the site level rather than the corporate level limits your contribution and stifles your ability to expand your knowledge and career growth unless you know the right person

      Pros

      You will be paid substantially more than minimum wage. Overtime pay is great.

      Cons

      You will slowly come to hate your life. Most people at the call-center smoke or vape, and get themselves wasted after work in order to deal with the overwhelming stress of working at this place. Sometimes you will be mandated to work up to 20 hours of overtime in a week. This company provides support of horribly low quality. I was an AppleCare Advisor for 20 months, and all of our work-station computers were broken the entire time. Top-down communication was so deficient that we were rarely informed of whether any problems were being addressed for customers or for us. This company has virtually no integrity. You will probably not work here for more than a year. Half drop out in half that time.

      Management would only talk to you when you did wrong. Didn't care to train for higher positions just expected you to know it.

We see to it our employees feel that they could easily seek assistance and openly communicate with the management while being given opportunities for career progression. Rest assured, we will be doing proper investigation and will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.
