Cons

A bunch of uneducated, uncouth people running the company. No labor laws followed. Zero work-life balance 0 day offs in 3 months, working 9.5 hours every day. TLs and managers just hold positions because they stuck with the company or profile long enough, probably not even graduates. dont know how to handle a team or how to behave
