Pros

Job doesn't require any specific knowledge other than what they train you for.

Cons

Even though the training period is paid, and it somewhat prepare you not to be completely lost your first days, you will need some time to start getting comfortable with the job. At least a month, but I'd say two in general. Also, be prepared for timed short brakes, and lot's of anxiety while dealing with entitled and rude clients. Particularly if you're in a Apple campaign. They seem to think they are somehow better for buying an overpriced object.

Pros

I mean depending on your level of english and how good you are with being on time and dealing with unqualified superiors (not my case. my supervisor during me time was honestly really nice) My experience was remote so i can only say so much but it’s mean it’s was a great job.

Cons

depending on your schedual whether u go to school or for whatever reason, the possibility of you’re hours being scheduled around the time u need to do other things wasn’t respected from my point of view. i didn’t have anything to do so it didn’t affect me at all but during training process it’s with a group of people as well and at one point they let u know that the schedual can be adujisted if school of etc, but to clarify that ahead of time and that at least attempt to work something. the people who did need a specific work schedule were happy because that’s what they expect but come the day they give you your schedual for the week. a good majority worked the same hours but varied do to the amount for hours u asked . an example would i choose the 48 a week job and started a 7 and finished at 4 with lunches being an hour and also can be weird bcs mine at least was at 11:45 which is the to not that bad but to some it still to be early it might be breakfast. so if u got really bad lunch had your lunch hour at 10 which one of my coworkers got. it sucks because usually at least in peru lunch is around 1pm to 2pm it varies maybe 12 earliest and latest 3. so if your family makes food between those times generally they won’t cook early for you to eat anything. in my case it wasn’t that big deal i’m flexible in that regard i at least had it close to 12 . but yeah mean if you have medical conditions or anything that requires to eat at certain time it’s hard i would depending on your situation. that wasn’t what i saw in my case but at first a lot of people just couldn’t eat during the lunch hour because as i explained it was to early. but i mean if u can medical documents that you show that you need certain hours for whatever reason i don’t think they’d say but the process of letting them be providing the appropriate documents and to verify that everything is good takes it’s time. other that personally i can really complain. i’ve hear of unqualified supervisors and higher ups but fortunately that wasn’t the case with me. my supervisor Ana (first name only cuz idk if it cool yo mention her first name) was very kind and responsive to my question and i have no complaints matter a fact i really think she could train other supervisors to be able to do their job properly due to the amount of complains i’ve heard my coworkers. i got lucky with mine and i truly enjoyed my time their and the privilege to work from my crib.
