Pros

I believe that colmedica and tostao and novaventa's cards are a very good benefit

Cons

Ask for permissions, for instance, licenses or non paid days off are very difficult to obtain. We live in constant estress due to our metrics target and the pression we are under, not for the fact that we have to accomplish it but because the staff is a little bit harsh and hard to deal with.
