Pros

Till training period everything seems to be alright. Everyone will act friendly, they will teach you about mental and physical health or welfare.

Cons

But after certification no matter how sick you feel how bad your condition is even if you are bleeding and literally cannot take calls, you still have to take it. I was literally threatened to lose my job for a leave because of my serious health condition even I had hospital paper. Very very poor work culture.
