People are people, not numbers. Effort is seen and rewarded. The company is always looking for growth. Far from being in a mature situation, the company is big and the potential enormous, so there are and will be opportunities for everyone. Proud of being part of this family.

Colleagues were willing to teach, good work environment, flexible working hours, yoga class, benefits on medical and exam (is a good job if you have a nice team manager)

Cons

Annoying to record what you have done in each minute in the system everyday, bad team management (every team member has different ways to do the same thing, like A said this is correct, but B said this is wrong, very confused), team manager was unfriendly

1. Flexible working 2. Open door policy

1. Had resigned and they were successful in retaining me by giving me double salary. 2. After management change the offer was withdrawn and i was left nowwhere. 3. God was good that i could go back to the compaany and make them understand. 4. had to take a cut in my offered salary to the tune of 30% 5. This show the attitude of company towards people. They can do anything in order to save their own skin even if they have to sacrifice the resource life.
