      - Very slow progression - It is an outsourcing company, so OT-ing is a part of the norm culture. - Low Salary and no bonus

      You are always on your own.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Threaten to bring misconduct if negligently perform. You will get scolded first upon asking questions as if your question is stupid and yourself. Worst management ever as they never reflect themselves. Shift blaming game

      Benefits, Flexibility, team, and co-workers are really nice, even overseas

      Cons

      salary very low and bellow average, IT problems, not modern, not efficient, stakeholders don't care how much you work, they just want more and more and you are not recognized, leaders don't invest on the professionals and of course, lose good people to other companies
