      Good company for fresher, but not longterm

      Pros

      Good company for fresher to get knowledge & experience as a trainee.

      Cons

      They locked almost entertaimnet website on internet, bad software (Citrix), too many complicated & nonsense policies to follow. Company do not have any support for employee but required work more than usual working time.

      It is a good place for interns. They could learn a lot of practical things for 6 months internship.

      Cons

      Corruption and nepotism. That was the reason for me to quit. I can not develop my career in such bad conditions.
