Generally good IT organisation. Relied heavily on offshoring via an Indian third party at the time. Not sure if this is still the case

Company was paying for a lack on investment in IT infrastructure at the time that hampered its ability to invovate

A divided company, local offices vs group, some parts of the local offices are good A talented middle management, but not empowered and ultimately destined to fail A strong business opportunity that is poorly translated into practice by senior management Enthusiastic staff who simply are not supported as they should be, financially or otherwise A large office network

Cons

A C suite packed with incompetence that only seems to excel at inventing new names A group marketing team that adds nothing but poor ideas but acts as if it is in charge Extended and grossly overpaid service line heads who are proud to not know their respective businesses A growing operations based culture that is completely disassociated from the actual offices A CEO that does not have the humility to realise he is aiming for the icebergs An estranged majority shareholder who appears to have given up
